Finally,
a digital comic book! Multiple paths, character interaction, lots of items
and secrets make this one a definite must-have for all Genesis owners! You
play as Sketch, a man who has been sucked into his own comic book. There
you fight your way through various enemies he has created in an attempt
to save the (comic)universe. What's it all about? It's an interesting take on the sidescrolling-beat'em up genre. You actually make your way through a comic, actually fighting from panel to panel. Along the way you can pick up items, weapons and even a pet rat. These will all help you with the various enemies you'll run across, and take down with your assortment of martial arts moves. |

Graphics - Excellent! The characters are large and very well animated. The backgrounds are extremely detailed and some are highlighted with snow and rain effects(among others).
Sound - Again, excellent! Sega TI shows off at the beginning of the game with some nice speech and continues it with a rocking soundtrack and even more speech!
Control - Decent, with a few rough parts. For the most part Sketch will do as told but, at times, will go off on his own(due to the large amount of animation in everything he does).
AI - Pretty fair, with a few bottomless pits and sections where you mess up and it's "Game Over".
Replay value - With the multiple paths and secrets you'll play for quite a while. After winning you'll actually want to go back and look for new things(for a change).
Tips
for better gaming experiences: There are secrets everywhere in this game! Your rat will help you find them...
