Xbox Exh. v.2 was played on my 27" Panasonic SDTV via an S-Video connection.
The Xbox Exhibition discs are an excellent series of demos, gameplay videos, music videos and downloadable content. Each disc comes with nine playable demos and seven to fifteen gameplay videos and music files/videos.

Each disc also contains two to three bits of downloadable content for those of you without a broadband connection, or for those games that offer extra content but lack the Live compatibility(DOA3 is a good example). Adding to this, each song in the Music section of the disc can be transferred to your Xbox's HD and added to your Custom Soundtrack.

Retailing from $4.99 to $7.99, this is an excellent buy. Most places, if you catch them right when it's released, will sell it at the discounted price while others charge the MSRP. At either price, these discs are an excellent deal and make a more than worthy addition to your Xbox library.

"Man, does this game suck!"
On a final note, I think it's important to point out that each Exhibition disc comes in its own DVD case, complete with a full color manual. The manual has a short description for all of the demos as well as their controller layout. It even goes so far as to give you some background on the music(and the artists behind it) that's included on the disc.

"Alright men, let's move out...and DIE!"
Demos:

All Star Baseball 2003 - A shitty demo, for a shitty, shitty game. You get to play the hopelessly dull Home Run Derby in one of the worst baseball games I've seen in quite some time. YaY!

Capcom vs. SNK 2 EO - This is the full, offline version of Capcom vs. SNK 2 EO! Someone fucked up...and bad. The *only* things missing from this version are the online mode, secret characters(there's only two, and they suck) and the ability to save. Past that, it's exactly what you'd get were you to go out and pay for its laggy, shitty online play-enabled retail version.
Indiana Jones and the Emperor's Tomb - A decent-sized demo that introduces you to a lot of what the game is about: Running around looking for stuff while beating the hell out of anyone that gets in your way. In short: It rocks.

Raw!
Kung Fu Chaos - Three modes of play are available: Ninja Battle, Rehearsal and Battle Game. Ninja Battle is the story mode, with four sections to play through. Rehearsal is a huge training area with ten different training sections for each of the four available characters. Battle Game lets you take on everyone at once, or play on a team. A great demo, enjoy it with friends!

MechAssault -
You can play the entire "Dry Me Out" level! A great level where you get to destroy an entire airfield and take on a few mechs. Good stuff!!! Three mechs are available to choose from, just as they would be at this point in the full game.

Remember, a revolver only has six bullets but your fists never run out of ammo!
MX SuperFly - Three modes of play are open to try out: Exhibition, Freestyle and Minigame. All three are an absolute blast...if nothing else, just to watch the horrible things you can do to the poor guy on the bike(or the other guys, in Exh. mode). A great demo...and might just be all you really need of the game.

Time for hot, man-love!
NBA Inside Drive 2003 - It's basketball, who cares!?

Ghost Recon, Tom Clancy's -
I've tried and tried to get into this, I just can't do it....

Vexx -
A good sized area to play around in and a nice primer where you can learn and perform moves you'll need to know in the actual game.

No love for the ninjas...

Downloadable Content:

MX SuperFly - Two tracks(Mall Jump and Backyard Bash) are unlocked and nine characters are added.

ToeJam and Earl 3: Mission to Earth - Three characters(Suteki, Earlbot, GeekJam) and two environments(Hades and Funkadelic) are unlocked.

NFL Fever 2003 - An updated roster can be added to the game.

Big, chunky mechs are coming to your town soon!

Quite possibly, the dumbest thing I've ever seen...ever.

Player: "Holy shit, have you noticed this!? The crowd, they all look the same!!!"
Gameplay Videos:

DOAX Volleyball - Various in-game footage while Meja sings. Ba, da, da, ba, da, da...

G4 TV 4 Gamers -
The only redeeming value of this commercial is the fact that you actually get to see DJ Q*Bert.

Halo Nationals -
Embarrassingly bad...words can't even describe it.

Inside Drive 2003 -
It's basketball, who cares!?

Inside Pitch 2003 -
Excellent, in-game footage. Long too!

MechAssualt -
As per usual, the lame G4 announcer kills the enjoyment of watching any of the footage.

Splinter Cell -
Some good footage and nice info on the game and the making of. Even the dumb-ass G4 announcer couldn't fuck this one up.

Tao Feng -
An expanded version of the TV commercial. Not bad I guess...

The Hostage -
Shameless ad, disguised as a short film, for yet another overpriced BMW.

Xbox Live -
Decent, kinda annoying overview of what XLive is all about and how to get it up and running. My only issue with it: They *blatantly* lie and tell you it comes with two free games. Just so you know: It does NOT.

Xbox Live Launch -
Watch various TV/Movie stars make complete asses of themselves while G4 announcers....well, make asses of themselves as well.

Music Videos and Music files:

Death Cab for Cutie - You can watch the video for "Movie Script Ending", and listen to/download "Blacking out the Friction" as well as "Movie Script Ending". The video is kinda weird, it's like the guy is obsessed with some chick...it's ok I guess(the video, not the obsession).

Enon - Listen to and/or download "Old Diminion".

Hot Hot Heat - Listen to and/or download "No, Not Now".

Interpol - Listen to and/or download "Obstacle".

Kind of Like Spitting - Listen to and/or download "Born Beautiful.

Nada Surf - Has the video for "Everyone Sings". You can also download that, as well as "The way you wear your head" to the Xbox HD. The video's kinda hip, just has various, ordinary people singing the song...

Plan B - Listen to and/or download "Love".

Spoon - Listen to and/or download "The Fitted Shirt"

The Apples in the Sky - Listen to and/or download "Please".

My rating: 90(out of 100) - A great disc with some nice demos and an amazing extra: The full version of Capcom vs. SNK 2 EO. This more than makes up for the shitty inclusion of the All Star Baseball and NBA Inside Drive demos(not to mention the horrible-beyond-words G4TV videos). All in all, an excellent disc!
Hot asian chicks wearing leather shorts say:
- Um, this is Japan, we don't like Xbox here...

* Yeah, had Gates not of paid us, you'd be seeing us at the strip club, not dancing around this massive chunk of plastic!

Demo Love!
Believe it or not, there are those of us out there that just love our demo discs! StarKnightX is just one of those individuals. He has written two excellent FAQS covering Exhibition, Vol.1&2. Click here for the Exhibition, Vol.2 FAQ.
