Goddamn is this game hard! I hate to start out like that, but man it's tough! Past that though, it's a seriously intense experience. With the extremely disturbing images made up of H.R. Giger's art the game will continously blast you with dark bits of this new reality.
Getting it to run:

Difficulty: Easy
Configuring iShock: NA

 Nothing to it, just pop the CD in an either a) Drag the contents of the CD onto you HD(for a 30.2 meg install) of b) Better yet, just play it directly off the CD(just have to save your game on you HD, less than 10k).
Learning from your own mistakes is an incredible thing, and after doing each and every one of these I think you will find much enlightenment in what I like to call:

Tips to avoid feeling like a complete jackass:

* Switch your monitor resolution to 640X480 before starting the game.
* Though you can actually "install" the game, you are really just moving the contents off the CD onto your HD at a price. If you choose to just play it off the CD, rather than take on the 30.2 meg install just create a folder to put your saves in. It will be less than 10k, and with your modern CD/DVD Rom you will not have any problems.
